Funny thing with the eshop closure, is the games that go up in price were not even on the eshop.
The entire collection is awesome. But that N64 collection is fire!
some of these japanese games in US version are EXPENSIVE but its jp or asian version are super cheap outside US ,some of them almost free in japan local ,if you game collector and dont mind the version ,you can try to collect one , just a tip for the X360 collector。But some JP version games could be 100% no english ,so you can choose other asian version instead。
Absolutely Absolutely Absolutely annoying
in europe is one copy 10 to 20 dollars
This man look so happy & exited when he talk about he's collection 😂😂😂😂, we can see that he's satisfied with he's collection
What is the app you used in the video
I hated seeing those stickers on the top of the game as well. They look so much better on the side of the acrylic case!
I haven't specifically been "game hunting", but I'm always on the lookout when we go to a pawn shop or Goodwill/Salvation Army. I've never actually come across anything that I didn't already have and I must tell you; the pawn shops that have the consoles/games, KNOW what they have and you'll pay a pretty penny there. The ones that don't have anything, roll their eyes at you when you ask about it cause they think you're trying to pawn your own for money and don't realize those things are HIGHLY sought after these days. Especially the actual retro systems.🙄 One very large "in the know" shop in the next town over, had an Atari in very good outward condition, that turned on and read a game and wanted $400 for it. But told my friend about it since I already have one. He went and bought it, only to get it home and find out that it was FULL of dead roaches/waste. He had to tear it down to vacuum it out and wipe the insides as best he could. But it's all but impossible to find replacements for those innard parts, should you short something out. So I would suggest to anyone finding anything at a pawn shop; be wary because even vacuuming an old console like that out can short the boards. They'll want tons of money because it looks good on the outside and "works", even though they haven't removed the cover to see the inside (turning on and reading games could be a lucky break, but may not last if it's been abused). I would have removed the cover before I personally paid them $400, but my friend had been looking for one for like 10 years and he snatched it up. Luckily, after putting it back together and several weeks for things to "settle", it finally started working and been going good for a couple years now.
Ok, so I asked how you did this in your shelving video, but went to your channel and found it lol. However, I've tried these velcro stickies in the past and they didn't work for me. In the middle of playing my Super Nintendo (original 90's model) the sticky came off the console, it fell to the floor and broke! 😱 I had to buy another one off eBay and just took all my consoles down because some retros cannot be replaced. Apparently, it got hot and melted the glue off 😔. I'm not sure how else to do it, I had even reinforced the strip with super glue! Very unsightly residue left on the other ones. I had considered taking them apart and screwing to a block of wood screwed to the wall, but most need access to the inner workings to get the tops back on. Granted, I did not have an entertainment fan or whatever to pull heat away and replace with cool air, but with the consoles against the wall, I'm not sure that would even work and don't want to chance anything else anymore. I would do anything to protect these consoles (short of selling my precious grandkids, possibly my husband) since I've been collecting them since like 1987. I'll most definitely need to make a shelf for the Atari, since it's probably the most fragile/hard to replace, but otherwise; no clue.
Probably should have mentioned in the video - I used a small pan head nail through the Velcro into the wall. That plus the glue of the Velcro strip worked for me. These are only little light mini consoles, so they don’t get hot and aren’t very heavy!
I want to know how you hung those consoles on the wall like that! I have those same ones (plus a few more retro systems) and I NEED to know! They take up so much space in my entertainment center and wall attachment like this would be AMAZING!
I bought Wet back in the day cause it was cheap, seeing the price go up is crazy.
found my new series to watch!
Listen dude, I based this entire series off this really cool channel I was watching. Think it was called “retronick” or something? 😂🙏🏻
Where are the Nintendo NES and the Sega genesis games at? Since you got the console’s for them, but other than that awesome collection
This is a great idea and I’m definitely going to do this!
Stop trying to oversell your bad purchases. The games are not what you say. They are as far as prices.
You just made CD cases for cartridges!😅
Might just get this for the 3 cruising world games on 64
My top 3 are. Marvel Ultimate Alliance Gold Edition El Chavo Kart X-Men Origins Wolverine.
Nice collection and room! Your custom shelving looks good. Do you have anything to set down a joystick for the standing console setup? Maybe a small rolling counter to set one or two down would be neat.
Ps3 needs some love :P
As a collector, I try to keep things strict to games I really enjoy. I've regretted buying a lot of stuff on my past, and now I'm living by the rule "sometimes, less is more". I'm saving money, room, time searching items etc... Today I prefer to keep things like this to avoid look at a bunch of stuff and think "why did I buy this, I don't even like it...", or be hunting rare/expensive stuff. Gotta tell ya I'm happier now.
Did alot of collecting last 4 years now I'm just playing the backlog
Вау! Офигеть, крутая подборка. Особенно Gears ⚙️
If you want to get Ninja Blade without breaking the bank the game still on sale digitally on steam but it's on PC and not xbox.
Last year, in 2023, I purchased and unboxed a brand new/factory sealed original 360 from 2006 and started collecting games for it. Something about the old fat white 360 is just so amazing. The unboxing and bootup of it is on my channel if you are interested. No RROD yet!
You may not remember me, but I am the Japanese who spoke to you in Osu. I was able to get the North American version of smw. I am looking forward to seeing your video in Osu.
Awesome!! 👏🏻 I remember ☺️ Glad you found it!!
I got one of these for Xmas way back in the day. Loved it while it lasted. First one lasted 2 days. Returned it for another that broke on the same day. The third one also broke the same day. Finally ended up just returning it for our money back. 😢
Bro Those platinum hit grays cases are amazing
Can’t believe I bought about half of these for $10-$20 around 8-10 years ago… missing the manuals for a couple though because at the time I was really young and didn’t focus too much on getting the games complete… just having them to play…
Is your CRT on a Kallax? Was eyeballing that but unsure of stability as I have a 32 in crt as well
Yep!
N32 is the only game here i played, got it as a rental back when thoes places still existed and loved it, I did play 50 cent bullet proof and doa xtreme beach volleyball but never their sequels shown here
Added some games to my wish list. Thanks 🤩
Haha, great!! 🙌🏻
for some reason the game back to the future is selling for like 30 bucks on ebay. all the copies are selling for a lot of money, i didnt see any that were like 4 or 5 bucks like most 360 games.
Weird hey?
@@SaturdayMorningGamer no ncaa basketball 10? that game is going for over 100 bucks
The first game you showed with the girl I paid $2.99 in 2024 for that game that’s how much cheap it is then being expensive your buying mostly from scalpers they make cheap games cost a thousand that’s not expensive would you like to pay a scalper a price of a house for a game what the scalpers do is go buy out everything then make up their own prices
Not exactly how I buy my games… I also buy as cheap as I can! Thanks for watching ☺️
Great work!
Thank you! Cheers!
Hey you have a nice collection❤
Thanks!
I went to walmart and looked at the xbox games it was cut to half with empty to i think three rows or so like you said kinda sad.
Wild how little there is for sale there now eh?
@SaturdayMorningGamer I was like ok this change is a little too fast for me. I don't mind everything going digital, but don't mess with people's games, hehe.
Omg i played that so much when i was a kid lol
It’s a really solid game!!
Man, i atarted collecting at a strange time. Just recently got the saboteur for $20 in like new condition and a few months ago won a bid on a really nice copy of Wet for $8 including shipping lol. Most of my other rarities were also expensive at the time (only been collecting for maybe a year and a half at this point), and most prices have increased since then for me in that short time. Most rare titles anyone can buy for Xbox 360, I've chased down and snagged really nice/clean and complete copies of.
It’s so weird because prices can change so quickly and depending when you start collecting different consoles can be cheaper or more expensive. It helps to have a few collecting goals to focus your efforts rather than be overwhelmed by trying to get everything (especially with prices nowadays).
I didnt even know they still made those
They shouldn’t… 😂 there are FAR better ways to resurface.
Music was absolutely bangin' this episode! BLADES OF STEEL!
YES!! Thanks ☺️
I have some Rosecoloredgaming stands too, they are awesome! Love the collection btw!
Thanks SO much!! Yeah: they’re pretty great eh?
@@SaturdayMorningGamer 100%!
Almost every game I’ve purchased has been 20 or under. Some of the massive price increases are games I bought for 5 dollars.
Awesome!! 👏🏻
It would have been impossible for me not to want to grab the PS1 games, but like you said you had no idea if they would work for non-japanese players. Such an amazing trip!
Its not a repro, its a ligit rerelease. Theres a difference. A reproduction is a bootleg, this is an official new print run dont in a factory by Strictly Limited Games. If i used a donor cart and loaded a rom on it and printed a label that would be considered a repro. If you go to any reproduction site they are all bootlegs. Strictly Limited Games either buts the rights or works out a deal with the company who owns the rights and does a legitimate production run. Same thing with other companies like Limited Run Games, Retro-Bit, and Iam8bit. I know the term reproduction implies a real production run but in the context of retro video games its just a term small time sellers use so they dont have to call their product a bootleg.
Click bait. Wow. I'm halfway through your video and your still yapping about nintendo your a clown
Holy! A trip of a lifetime dude! So amazing! The fact that you made a 12 page PDF to comb through all the games is commitment! The One Piece PS3 is so flippin' amazing. I bet you wish you bought another bag just to bring back more stuff!
I DID buy another luggage just for games 😂 it wasn’t enough!! 🙈
@@SaturdayMorningGamer bahahahaha I knew it! Oh and I'll be sending you a message about GtKG.
AWESOME! 🤩
🙌🏻❤️
Love Picross, finished all 8 volume of Super Famicom's Picross already. if it's not for this video I have no idea about Mario Picross, playing immediately 🤣
Haha, LOVE IT! There’s a second one too!!
bro its cool that you go in the store. i really want to go to Japan to see the cool video games that didn't release in amaerica
Right!? SUCH an amazing trip and totally worth it dude! Stay tuned for LOTS more Japan game hunting!! 🙌🏻
@@SaturdayMorningGamer yeah I will bro for sure
