It was terrible. Last time it was 425x8. Today I had to move my deadlift session up a day because my gym has terrible hours and my hamstrings were still incredibly sore from squatting Tuesday.
you're hip thrusting and bending backwards a little too much as the start of the lift. it looks as though the weight is too heavy for you. nice clean form though lol
Your back angle will have to be more horizontal than someone with normal sized femurs for a low bar squat. If you're having trouble hitting depth your stance may be too wide. Feet should be around shoulder width stance with toes pointing out about 30 degrees.
Nice! Your setup scared me for a minute. Looked like the bar was just going to slide clean downward.
