Welcome to Long 'Views, the audio zine that aims to provide a unique insight into the racing action and excitement from mountain bike events around the world.
In this week’s episode, we will be taking a look back at the 2024 UCI Downhill World Cup in Les Gets, France.
Sven Martin, Misspent Summers photographer and big-time racing lover was on the hillside as all the action unfolded. He caught up with a few of the riders after the race, including the race winners Amaury Pierron and Eleonora Farina. Stay tuned to hear what they had to say after their incredible runs.

Looks flat out and a good mix of bike park and natural sections

Not so sure about the natural sections as it looks like a 160mm bike would be faster than a full DH bike but we'll see
