Great tutorial. I came across this whilst looking for an entirely different tutorial and I'm glad I found it as it's so useful. I was looking for a way to deal with curves on silk satin. I can't cut notches or it will fray. A very tricky issue to overcome. Anyway, thank you for this video. Bias tape may be a solution for my issue. Who knows.

Wow! Hehe my dream growing up was to be a wedding dress designer, I used to design my wedding dress too over and over. However I became an accountant and have worked over 20 years behind a desk looking at numbers every day 😂This would be my dream job ❤

I fully agree that the so called dress making markers and pens don't use. I use a normal pen if I know it is in a place where it won't show after finishing the garment, but the art pencils sound like a brilliant idea❤

I wondered if you’re going to continue teaching us, would you show us how to do necklines that have feather weight interfacing to give stability (so they don’t fall over. My caftan pattern has this but I’m not happy with the way they do it.
