    This is very encouraging to me. I choose long format on purpose to model dialogue with thought leaders. Lots of people said it wouldn’t work, but i watch 2-4 hour videos with Rogan, Fridman and Peterson. I have 3 hour plus shows out And my next show is an hour and 41 minutes with Fanny as my guest! ;) clips will be next…

    I think this is the best way to approach this role in terms of compensation. This role is doing so much work to help executives become more competent in their role that they themselves could be that executive. But by having this role as an external person and not an employee, they could charge premium for their time that they would not have gotten if they are just an employee.
