@@GooseQuack-J05 well something I did was I would play on normal or hard difficulties and alternate hands with notes that are somewhat close together. But if you’re still having trouble even after that you can try playing on easy difficulties and only use your left hand. Also, if you have any, I would suggest some Bachi that are quite bouncy, they made it easier for me, but, its possible that that won’t help you, all I know was that it helped me.

@@GooseQuack-J05 It really is just practice and time. Nothing I’ve done really sticks out, I’ve just gotten better over time. For me the biggest obstacle was getting my left hand to do more complex movements. But again, with time I just got used to it.

@@GooseQuack-J05 ​​⁠I don’t really know what else to say, I’ve played rhythm games my whole live and so I was able to full combo some ONIs just a after a couple of days of playing. Start with a difficulty that’s not too difficult, make 3 levels that you’d like to beat one day, this will give you a sense of progression and a reason to keep playing. Don’t JUST play the 3 levels though, play levels that help you learn everything about the game, here are a few examples: speed and 5 strings: Guren no Yumiya. Complex strings: Bling-bang-bang-boom, The entertainer, Racing into the Night. And learning to keep strings going I suggest yawaraka tank. But getting good takes time. I didn’t beat these levels the first day. I’ve been playing daily for over a month and just now I’m starting to get pretty good. Be patient and you’ll get there!

Sorry to hear that about your Hori controllers. DIY drums are also a option if you are willing to work for it. I’ve seen DIY drums near the size of the Zhong Taiko but I’m not sure how they feel to play. I’ve heard Taikoforce LV6 is almost the same as Zhong just the creator is hard to keep contact with, unlike the zhongs creator

@@UQI_Taiko does contacting the creators make it easier to negotiate?

@@alooqualufgh Yes it does make it possible to make a deal but I wouldn’t count on that. It mainly matters if there’s an issue, such as a damaged drum due to shipping. it’ll be easier to get a replacement or something. Also according to some people on Discord the creator of Taiko Force isn’t active in the community or anything, unlike Zhong, Hori, and (as far as I know) Taikoller but I’ve heard some bad stuff about Taikoller so I’d just wait until you could afford a better option. ALSO if you’d like to know more stuff about the IINE Tatacons it’s likely that there are some people who have it over on the Taiko no Tatsujin discord server and so you could ask them about it.
