I am 57, and no one has ever stood up for me. All my life, I have been a strong, self-reliant woman. For the past two years, I have fought severe depression. I couldn't understand why I became depressed. I have love in my life, but everyone thinks I don't need to be stood up for. Part of this is my doing, but you are so right. I need to be protected. I am learning to be vulnerable so I can be protected.

My mama passed away in 2016 an she would put all my siblings school popcorn strings & kid ornaments. The paper circles chanes. God I miss her so much.. your trees beautiful happy holidays

GIRRLLLLL YESSSS!!!! They do not understand......that we SACRIFICE EVERYTHING FOR THEM!!! But they've never experienced life outside of prison so they are grown men "growing up" in society. Many women do not have the patience to stay with them as they mature from prison man to free man. Mine isn't even home yet but I'm in classes now to learn from other people.
