Cover version of "Après Toi," the winner of the 1972 Eurovision Song Contest, originally released by Vicky Léandros, representing Luxembourg. Written by Klaus Munro, Mario Panas, and Yves Dessca.
Released in 1973, this version was recorded by a 12-year-old Ronny Lahti, who impressed with his remarkable French pronunciation. He later became one of Sweden's most sought-after producers, mixers, and sound engineers, responsible for hundreds of releases during the 80s, 90s, and 00s.

"Ronny Lahti - A Swedish Jimmy?
It has now happened here in Sweden as well. The success of Jimmy Osmond and the other Osmonds hasn't left the Swedish record labels at ease. Ronny Lahti is a 12-year-old from the northernmost part of Sweden. He participated in the TV talent show "Ställ Upp" and Electra took the opportunity to let him record a single. On it, he sings the Eurovision winner "Après Toi" and, since the record was released just in time for Mother's Day, "Min Lilla Mor." The latter is a Swedish version of Neil Reid's English hit "Mother of Mine."
Ronny Lahti comes from a very musical family. His parents and four siblings play various instruments. Ronny himself plays the guitar and also dabbles in the violin, trumpet, and drums. Ronny has been singing for a couple of years and enjoys singing in French! During the recording with Electra, the French pianist praised his pronunciation. Since the entire family is musical, perhaps we can expect a Swedish version of the Osmonds. Who knows? Next year we might have The Lahtis."
