Really do love the nero wolfe shows
Enjoyed. Thank you. 19/11/24 @ 22:15 UK 💃
(13:47) foul play 🤔😜. I too enjoy these episodes. Many thanks!
There's something so calming, listening to this classic story.
good 1😊
I'm pretty sure that this performance was not from 1938, but from the following year, 1939. The 1938 Mercury Theatre radio broadcast had Orson Welles himself playing Scrooge, not Mr. Barrymore. This version is perhaps my favorite along with the 78 rpm records released in 1947. That one had Mr. Barrymore and a British cast, and was on the MGM record label.
I enjoy these very much! Thank you for uploading!
A surprisingly emotive episode. Thanks for uploading.
Love the old radio shows ,fun and writing was interesting the writers knew how to spin a story.
That was a nice one. Thanks
Thank you for these episodes! They all are of such clear audio quality and have a brief synopsis included in the video description.
Good 1, & the sound is great considering it's a 1943 original, TY 😊
Wunderbar
Great story!
Thank you for posting this! What an amazing radio play!
You did a really nice job of editing all those episodes together. The ETs you used were in really good condition. Thank you for the effort.
I was surprised to learn that it was a woman doing the whistling on this show.
My mom was 3 months old when she was alive as a child in 60s and 70s she would make me Campbell's tomato soup and grilled butter cheese sandwich in fact come Thanksgiving and Christmas 2024 and New Years Day 2025 I'm going only to have Campbell's tomato soup and grilled butter cheese sandwich
The stolen treasure of Tuta Commode's tomb? I have never heard of that Pharaoh. I bet he was a lot of fun at parties.
FACT: Comrade Communist Donald Trump is the biggest POS in America's History , the biggest threat to our Constitutional Freedoms and the Worst, Most Incompetent "potus" we have ever had. Republican Patriot, Gun Engraver and US Veteran Brad Hartliep is the ONLY PRESIDENT in 65 years protecting your gun rights and defending America against the Democrats.
I believe this is 1939
Vincent is just a bit too slimy as the saint lol

Dick Powell was a song and dance man. He later played Philip Marlow in the movie based on Raymond Chandler's Farewell, My Lovely. GREAT voice!
What a voice indeed!!!
Who doesn't love James Stewart?
There is a famous incident between the director John Ford and James Stewart that casts a doubt of there being any love lost between the two men. The Uncle Remus incident.
