I was gonna defend championship 2007 but then i remembered i dont even like playing that game i prefer the nes demake it has somehow even less content than the original but it feels so much better and faster to play i reccomend it (plus that one also has achievements)

I've just been playing version like 1.7.3 due to the lack of objectives as much as I love the ender dragon in old versions without there's a lack of goal (or in some versions the end isn't seen as this huge thing so it's not important) the addition of objectives and op items kill Minecraft for me what's the point of a survival game if death isn't a problem

I play multiplayer with friends doing funny i am building a base to have a lair then i will start building a village my friend is building a SCP facility everyone on the server has different goals but everyone needs the same recources so we have a sort of a race

I started playing Minecraft again recently, I haven’t since maybe…2019 or further, I mean I had bedrock on a PlayStation but, who the hell can deal with bedrocks…charmss, ew, either way I got a computer after a few years and I’ve been playing, recently I started a new world ready to change things since I was a kid, I didn’t give up once I got to iron, and I’ve done so much, I found a bastion for the first time, shat my pants thanks to learning what a piglin brute is, they still scare me, and I got netherite for the first time, and even put it on a diamond picaxe with mending I found in the side part of the bastion I raided with boats (I don’t usually do that but I ain’t dealing with brutes, Nu uh), I beat the ender dragon for the first time in survival, it wasn’t all too cool but still, for the first time, in survival, what was a real achievement was I got an elytra, and oh man, all that time on horse was now (somewhat) in the dust, in moderation I was going to use it…probably, I even got a really good mending villager, I’m playing on 1.20.4 I think, and I read the lot about the new villager thing which I hate because I just got caught up with current villager..tactics? Slavery? First time for that but that wasn’t all too exciting, just made me wanna kill villagers more, either way with an elytra with mending on day 280 (in Minecraft F3) I needed iron and wanted to rlly use my elytra for the first time ever in survival, in a cave, which I did Not think through, but I didn’t die from kinetic energy, not that time…rather I didn’t have armor cuz I like saving resources and my diamond armor isn’t “perfect yet” and same with my netherite picaxe, however that changed once I put meding on it, so I started to use it for the first time, it had fortune so I started to get diamonds and have fun (even tho I’m pretty sure I have like 40 after all the stuff I’ve been saving up, I haven’t ever had so many so I didn’t wanna lose it)…I lost all my items today, in that cave, to skeletons of course, bane of my damned existence…and it was so much fun, which is something I won’t be saying when I die 1000 more times getting that crap back, but holy crap I’m not even mad, I’ve never gotten this far, I haven’t given up for once and it’s so cool…painful, but cool, I’ll eventually learn how to get netherite for more stuff (I’m still not sure if i did it right I didn’t look at long vids they just said dig down, I’ve only seen people use beds but never the y-level, I think it was 14, I made it but haven’t used it much) oh and im using that damn armor now I lost another 30 something diomonds wifh my gear fuck that, either way I rambled blah blah blah Minecraft is fun and this new shit is cool, maybe this rant helped even one person, actually that’s a damn lie no it won’t, also honorable mention, I’m pretty sure hours of my life are gone because of how mad this game has made me before, the bullshit deaths are something else from the depths of hell I swear, makes me so made I’m sure some of my damn blood vessels have popped like balloons…jk, still hate it tho

The best way to enjoy minecraft is to 1) Use mods 2) Play with friends 3) Make mods 4) Play creative The Alternative way is the best way 1) Go play survival, make a dirt house, get iron, go to the nether, go farm blazes, get diamonds, farm sheep, get beds, go to the end, kill the dragon, get elytra, kill wither, get dragon egg, find all the mob heads then put it in your house, make a diamond house to put your trophies in, make beacons, then finally go to your nearest village and burn it up and start a raid, then explode it, then make remake the village, then fortify it and make defenses and improve the village, then start a raid with the new and improved village.

i feel like this isn’t even exclusive to minecraft it’s just good life advice. focus on the little things you can do to make life just a little bit better, you’ll get there on your own time

My problem is being mentally stuck in 1.7.3 i dont recognise Minecraft anymore i think only having bedrock as an option doesn't help

I have this problem but I fix it by setting massive goals and make smaller goals that need to achieve to get to the massive goals. Like a quest

Every time I start a new minecraft world, my objective is to make a nice house. That's it.

I love the fact that: in the end the only thing you need to remember is "Play the fucking game" Cause no matter what the scientific explainations are, those fancy philosophic thoughts. People just don't change their habit. Just play the game that's the only thing you can do.

I don't get why we worry about crazy hardcore worlds. At the end of the day the whole point or the game is to play it in whatever way you like, so having a problem with anyone's way of playing the game seems a bit silly in my opinion

Rather do digging than rush straight to the End, as there is lots to do.

I somewhat felt the same way too. I felt a bit jealous seeing so so many people rush through the game quickly as possible and build mega bases for 100 minecraft days while I get bored and start a new world before I even fight the ender dragon. But you reminded me that I should just focus on having fun with the game. For this reason you remind me of Big Z from Surfs Up. Love the video, thanks man.

bro, you sound Arnold. Also I feel personally attacked by this video. I struggle because I love vanilla Minecraft and yet I get absolutely bored after a small amount of time because I already set my progression in stone. Punch tree, mine rock mine iron, mine diamond. I usually like to play up to this point but when I start thinking about the Nether, bastions, fortress...and end city and so on...my exuberance quickly goes flaccid, they are tedious and boring...and so, this is where my worlds die to eternal purgatory. Some of the most fun is just standing there and whistling along with the games music as you stand victorious after defeating a raid in leather armor.

"over 1000 mods to play" Hell no, my bedrock edition ass ain't paying 20 dollars just for 1 mod that absolutely sucks. That's why I demand from Mojang at least 3 updates a year. They shouldn't use their community to keep the game alive for them, but they're team should be as big as their community, since now they are a AAA company and have billions of budget, so they should be able to hire hundreds of employees, some in a dayturn team, and the others on a nightturn team, in order to work 24h and make the best updates possible, and since it's a big team, they won't overwork their employees. It's the biggest game of all times, nostalgia isn't enough to make it hold up to today's games standards. Fortnite already has a better graphic, while still being cartoonish and not realistic, makes constantly updates, has tons of game modes and skins and doesn't have a lazy dev team, while still having a lower budged. There's no excuse. Mojang, do better.

Idk if I'm in the extreme minority with this but....I just want Minecraft to kinda update it's graphic engine. Like not skins and textures. I just want it to add more than CUBES. Can we upgrade to POLYGONS ??????

sounds like the minecraft bedrock situation honestly: objectively a good game, maybe even better than its predecessor, but it was buggy on launch so guess the redditors are going to shit on it

genuinely is segregation though. either they should have just done away with java and ported all the cool redstone stuff to bedrock (which actually runs btw) or they should have optimised java properly.
