I have Cerebral Palsy and I'm going through a situation where I could use some guidance and someone to talk to. I filed a HUD complaint against my apartments and won. Now, I'm facing homelessness out of retaliation. I'm NOT behind on my rent or a messy tenant. No history of unnecessary issues or anything crime related. I fought for my rights to be treated just and fair. Now, I'm being asked to leave. I've been just about everywhere trying everything to get the help I need in time. I need to be out by 10/7/24 I'm not asking for money. Maybe just some direction where to go for legal help. There's a lot more... A LOT more to my situation and I'm trying to avoid being homeless. Don't waste your time these Local government entities in Nevada are all in "Quid Pro Quo" with each other, meaning they are mostly connected and in "agreement" including the courts that are run by the County/State. What about when the housing authority you had an agreement with stating that if the tenant didn't violate any of the obligations of said agreement. They also set an agreement that if they did all that, then in 20 yrs they would give that tenant the home. The 20 yrs ends and the same tenant with whom they had the agreement with was in compliance with the agreement. The Housing Authority then says no we aren't giving you the house but instead adding another 10 years to that original agreement. So the tenant stays and abides by the agreement another 10 yrs. The housing still refused to give her the home. Instead they take her to court and get her evicted.

As the state wants you to comply within a certain timeframe, they do not comply within there own timeframes. I came back from maternity leave and 5 weeks later. My manager asked me if the company was still a right fit for me and she would understand if it’s best for me to resign as she doesn’t believe I would be able to meet my quarterly quota as a w2 realtor. That I had 3days to decide. I spoke with HR about the situation as I felt discriminated blindsided being given an ultimatum. HR stated that my manager was looking out for my best interest. I kept my schedule the same as what I had prior to maternity leave. And my manager asked my husbands days off and said I needed to change my schedule and work the days he is off. She kept insisting each week of our meetings that she would understand if I resigned. Everyday was stressful and had more anxiety each time I had to meet with her. She even went as far as asking if my husband has insurance for work that would cover us. Then I was asked to come into office biweekly for a few hours. I spoke with her and told her that it was difficult for me with caring for my new born. She stated that she’d understand if I want to be let go and send in my resignation. I had no choice but to resign from the constant harassment of being pushed to resign. I was in no financial place to resign but was forced to because of these circumstances. Would I be able to qualify? I’ve contacted multiple firms for assistance prior to resigning but did not receive a call back. I wish I would found you guys sooner.

I filed my Judicial Review by mail, ESD filed their intent to participate. Didn't send me my record and said I need to have it validly served.
