      먹을 때 배부르다는 감각 하나에만 집중하면 제법 쉽게 되더라구요! 어차피 목표가 배부르면 숟가락 놓는거라서 ... 물론 조금 모자라면 저도 영상 찍구 쫌쫌따리 더 주워먹기도 해요 ㅎ ㅎ (자주..?)🥹

    클린식으로 야채 닭가슴살 요런 거로 뼈말라까지 갔다가 정상체중으로 다시 좀 찌우고 유지 중에.. 비건 디저트들 알고나서 넘 맛있어서 양조절 실패하고 그간 못먹고 참았던 욕망과 함께 입터져서 비건 디저트들 배부르게 먹다보니까 순삭 10키로 쪘어요.. ㅠㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 맛있는 거 양조절하면서 스탑하는 게 제일 어려운 것 같아요 😢😂 아예 끊어 버리면 나중에 또 참았던 게 이렇게 터질 것 같아서 저도 민경님처럼 조절하면서 디저트류도 양조절하면서 먹구 욕구도 해소해가면서 천천히 다시 다이어트 시작하려구용 😂

    저도 하루 두끼 클린식, 저칼로리, 대체당 음식만 먹다가 삼시세끼를 일반식을 소화잘 시키는 양 (빵, 밥 상관없이)로 먹으니 오히려 살이 잘 안찌더라고요 저칼로리,, 비건베이커리 .. 이런것들은 소화가 잘 안되는 경우가 많대요.. 더부룩하고 ㅠ 차라리 일반식을 천천히 조금 먹어보는게 어떨가요 ? 세상엔 맛있는게 너무 많더군요 🥹

      마쟈요 ㅠㅠ 양조절 못하면 비건빵도 결국은 더부룩하더라구요!! 양조절 잘하면 버터잔뜩 들어간 디저트들도 소화가 잘 되는 것 같구요 🥹 음식에 상관 없이 양조절 습관 들이기에 더욱 노력을 햐볼게요 💖

    하.. 저도 몇달째 그대로라서 스트레스받다가 마음 다잡는게 몇번째인지 모르겠어요 흑흑…아니 물론 중간중간 폭식했긴 한데 그래도 억울해..(?) 나름 절제하는 마음가짐은 쭉 이어오고 있는데 말이예요!!큼큼.. 양조절은 정말.. 어려우면서도 한번 딱 잘 끊어내면 그렇게 또 뿌듯한게 없고 그걸 아는데도 막상 먹을때는 남기기가 아깝고 해서 참.. 어려운 것 같아요…휴휴 같이 파이팅해요!!🥲🥲

      안재려고 하다가 재보고 안재려고 하다가 초절식하고 이걸 번걸아하다보면 결국 마지막에 가선 본인 스스로 지치실거예요!! 그럼 그때 자연스럽게 안재게 되실거니까 너무 급하게 생각하지마시구 본인 몸과 정신이 해탈할 때까지 자연스레 냅둬 보셔요 ㅎ ㅎ !! 🥹💖(조은 방법인지는 모르겠으나 아무튼 전 그랬어요 !!)

    주말에 열린 에이밍 성공하셨나요..? 저는 대차게 실패!!! 두바이만 나왔다하면 빡세져요ㅠㅠㅠ 아 그리고 밀잇 성분표 보니까 단백질 함량이 요즘 나온거보다 확연히 낮더라구요..?😢 생각보다 순탄수양이랑 지방도 꽤나 높아서 한두번 너무 배고플때 간식용으로 먹을거같아요...🫠 저는 이제 단쉐는 완전히 프로티원으로 정착했어요!!
