thank you soo much for the comment. appreciate. . yes hunger will simply make anyboday a good person, a very efficient person, a very productive person, a very healthy person too. apparently , for miilions of years, human beings used to have only one meal a day . practising one meal a day for five years now and it is simply wonderful ( iit took three years to train the body to achieve the 22 hours of fasting and 2 hours of slow eating ) started with 12 hours of fasting and slowly increased to 14 hours of fasting and then 1o 16 hours of fasting (that took 8 months ) and then to 18 hours and then to 20 hours of fasting ( that took nother 8 months to train the body) and then to achieve the 22 hours of fasting and then exlpored up to 50 hours of fasting on different ocasions . wonderful experience of fasting. all by God's grace. . god bless yall
