i used paint 3d to make the tophat

Problem is that the texture is premade, roblox just won't accept it, im trying to port somebody elses model (with permission) into studio

I downloaded a 3D model from the internet. When i drag it in Roblox Studio, it's all grey. It comes with the texture file too but when i drag it on the model, well it doesn't quite work. I tried to add a SurfaceAppearnce, but it still didn't work.

for those who cant click on the whole band top and bottom just quit there is no youtube video that helps you do it

im sorry, it worked perfectly, i made my own custom hat but when it loads the band is glitchy

this was so clear and i made my very first tophat! but when i wanted to upload it, hoping to make robux. i got hit by a 10k robux paywall. i was so excited, in fact too excited, just to be smacked in the face by a 10k robux paywall:(
