What about trailer tiny homes that have walls that disassemble and stow away for transport? I'm working on a design that creates more space by overhanging the walls off the trailer. The trailer has foldable metal frame elements that the walls segments bolt onto with seals everywhere.

I own the land i want to put it on already. And i want to get the 18000 tiny home they have on Amazon it (easy to find). It comes the size of a shipping container then folds out. I have good credit. But what type of loan am i even looking for??? And i am going to rent this out once i get it btw. It will not be my primary residence. My debt to income ratio is fine. And already own one a duplex. Live in one side rent other out. I only need like 25000. Sewer and water will need some easy rerouting (i can do myself) and will need concrete slab to place house on.

I came across your video a couple of years ago. I live remotely in the west Texas desert and so ordered it through Amazon. It arrived and I stored it for a year until the temps at night were above 60 F at night to allow it the suggested 24 hours cure time above that temp. It worked as you demonstrated and it looks great! I even used the supplied confetti to the surface even though I plan on covering it much later with a flooring I choose. This is the best step by step explanation I have seen in my constant search for treating the container floor. Thanks guys!

There is a tiny house village in Missouri called The Hideaway - South Kansas City

I spent over 20 years in Utah. I can't imagine volunteering to become a mentor family and discovering convicted criminals will be brought on my property to case my home and raise the prospect of another Elizabeth Smart kidnapping or other criminal incident. The tiny home concept is good. It should be developed. It should not involve criminal risk to families who are generous enough to open their lives and homes to helping people. That is an unfortunate combination that might kill the whole program. No one wants potentially violent criminals in their back yard with power tools scouting out entry points and security vulnerability. So sad for the tiny home development concept that they didn't have more common sense. I have to wonder why this Utah tiny home development organization did not choose to approach builders like Wright Sheds or even Tough Shed Recreational buildings to build these tiny home plans. I looked at their plans years ago. They are reputable and offer durable, integrated structures that easily convert to residential code. I don't have any association with either company. I would hope they use employees who are *not* criminals. It is pretty appalling if helping means potential criminal attacks on the helpers.
