The joy of journaling/planning is that there are no rules! Your journal is for you. Include what you need, leave out what you don’t need. Journals evolve. Over time you will be able to look back and see how your journaling style changes, different ways you have decorated your journal, the themes you have used, some you might reuse but do them differently…
