You forgot to mention when ripping into Koji's dad how he told him his mother had died when they got divorced, and Koji believed it. Also the plothole that this had happened three years before, so Koji would've been like 8 but somehow doesn't remember having a brother.

I am kinda disappointed in this rewrite form mostly because of the you handle the team dynamic with tk and kari and the 02 kids, and with tk and kari geting so mach of the spotlight and ultimates (megas in the dub) that felt kinda unearnd. To be honest this feels like a bad fanfic that tries to make all the Ls tk and kari had through 02 and just make them Ws not really giving me a reason to care about tk kari or their relashionship. And for the 02 kids they feels like they barely had any importance to in the secend half and they ware sidelined for tk and kari development same with the jogress evos for the ultimates/magas. But i know how hard it is to write. 02 it of itself is not really an amazing piece of media and trying to rewrite a series that you hate is not easy and your bound to give your favs the spotlight more often. So kudos you for this dreft and in general for the video. hope you write more things.

I agree 02 sucks. They should just wipe 02 from existence and redo it from the end of 01 onwards.

My favourite season is a tie between 02 and original adventure but I can agree with most of criticism the season gets like how davis might be a terrible character for most people even though I love him and the dark ocean is kinda really stupid

I also disagreed with Tentomon's takes on the different connected digivolutions aside spirit evolution. I mean, if you don't have matching digivices, but have the xross-fusion loader HOW DO WE DO JOGRESS besides Digifuse!? And besides on digimon masters, all connected digivolutions no matter fusion, digifuse or DNA, IT'S CALLED JOGRESS! Or dna digivolution, hack, it's always been called jogress since the vpet days

The first few episodes of Digimon Adventure 02 is REALLY GOOD in Japanese, even if it can get you emotional at times, Episodes 4 & Episode 5 especially since Gabumon & Gomamon both get attacked and whipped, it's much darker than i would've thought. Sadly the English dub censored a ton of stuff and messed up a lot of stuff.

Oh yeah another English dub of Fusion exists, it aired on Disney XD Asia.

I met paul st peter once,at an anime convention in 2017,he was really funny XD I didn't get to talk to him much since mom kept fucking rushing me,at least when I met a different voice actor in 2022,I got to talk for a few minutes without feeling rushed

Enchanted forest is definitely B tier. If Spamtopia is B tier, then at the very least Enchanted Forest is B tier too. Definitely worth a re-watch imo.

id drop the shrimp and snowman episode down but other than that agree. wish there was an S tier because brazil is good, but no where near as good as mr frog or frowning friends

i don't blame you, i also like the original telling more. the reboots have a few cooler things, considering more was added to the lore between the time of the first telling, and the reboot. but nothing beats the original, most original tellings are the best ones, reguardless of what franshice. Most, some reboots are better, but most are not. yole did one thing good, she became a housemom, for ken's kids, at least no one has to work with her.

The airport one was f tier

The only two I disagree with is Simon S salty bc I would’ve put it in B and the Halloween is the C tier. That’s just bc the interviewing of the suspects in the Simon S salty episode is funny to me like the cup and mustard

The only one I strongly disagree on is the president episode. I personally thought the twist worked really well. Because I was asking myself "how the hell is Mr Frog so popular when he's clearly a terrible candidate too?".😂 And I thought they did a really good job with them trying to be campaign staffers for an incompetent candidate and funny references to actual situations that happen in politics. I also might move Enchanted Forest up, because I personally really like the episodes where the characters interact, and I always find it hilarious when Pim's morale is broken. I might also move S1:2-3 down a bit, theyre good, but I didnt think they were *that* good. Otherwise I actually more or less 100% agree with the tier list, and you even changed my mind on a few episodes.

Mr frog is kinda meh for me and your c tiers are some of my favorites, i really didnt like either the brothers egg or the britannt episode

Wild putting enchanted forest and salty one in C, definitely some of the stronger episodes for me like the one where Charlie goes to hell which is imo leagues better than the season 2 holiday special. Also downplaying the creativity of the Brazil special which is the best episode of the whole series for me.

I don't think you can call metroid successful from a sales perspective when there are a lot of nintendo franchises that outsell metroid. I don't even think the series makes the top 20 of sales

19:26 I think that’s just the case because when people argue about wether things are satanic or not they’re arguing that something seemingly innocent that is meant for many people to enjoy has a hidden meaning behind it that promotes those things. While DIGIMON is very clearly showing that there are demons and angels and by doing this it is very clear that there is no ulterior motives behind the designs or names as they clearly are reference to those things and depict both sides so things like devimon and angemon are the same as religious paintings/drawings while with Pokémon there is no clear depiction meaning people who think it’s satanic think that it’s trying to activity deceive
