I have the Hart stacking toolbox that you showed at the beginning. I don't use it a lot but so far I have had no complaints with it. I have several sets of their wrenches, including the 32-piece that you showed. The nice thing about that is that it has stubby wrenches that have a v-notch open end, which I have never seen anywhere else. I haven't had any problems with their wrenches, and they are cheap enough that if you lose one, you're not too worried about it. Their Hyper Tough tool sets that come with multiple items including ratchets and sockets---I'd probably stay away from those. I knew someone that had it and the sockets felt really cheap.
