thanks for the informative video Chiaki Katsumi resident gamer💙 It's been a while since I heard about Blue's tracks. It's nice to see how the creator of the game took inspiration from that show. I don't like horror games but I like to hear the screams of those who play them :3

Ah yes, mascot horrors the biggest appeal of innocent/mundane shows/locations suddenly turning into people's worst nightmares. Although I do consider majority to be cash grabs, I will have to admit that all of them have potential in their own ways on presentation, concepts. At first glance this game looks like a cash grab but going past the first impressions and going further into the game it does seem like a project that the creators really want to show off. Somethings I will criticize for now as someone who hasn't played the game is that the location of the stage area doesn't really look like a set that a production studio would create as there is no proper locations for camera's to exist and the purpose of the underground locations makes no sense of existing unless it was some sort of living space or a secret lab (which is most likely). I can only see 1 way this story can go, Mint and Fusia are experimented foxes that have escaped containment and more of them exist around the underground, the original Mint and Fusia are either dead or are still undergoing experiments by the studio, the originals might be innocent but it really depends on how the writers want this to go. The mechanics you mentioned are fun but I will have a hard time wrapping my head around how it will be implemented the rest of the game, the only real way I can see it is that the Mint and Fusia of that chapter will have clues set around for the player to find and figure out the story of what has happened in their absence but that is all I can think for now. Long rant done, a interesting video about one of the many mascot horrors that exist, will be excited to see what more you can create Chiaki!

Woke up this morning to find another present under my tree, a new Chiaki video!!! And I gotta say... Omg this was so well-made Chiaki!!! You cooked so hard on this video!!! I loved everything about it. The visual aids, the memes, the commentary. It was all done so incredibly well!!! I legit burst out laughing at some of the jokes and ended up waking up my cat who was lying in bed next to me lol (the dancing dogs with the anime music at 1:05 got me especially good lmao). And I think you did an amazing job presenting the game and its story while also highlighting some of your critiques and explaining your reasoning for them. You had the perfect blend of humor and interesting information, and the video was super easy to follow along! Now I can finally put together all those hints you dropped us on stream This seems like a really interesting concept for a game, so I'm curious where the devs will go with the next chapter. The idea of using Blue's Clues feels like the logical next step after the success of Amanda, so while it's not the most unique concept at this point at the very least it felt like the devs put effort into capturing the vibe of Blue's Clues. Hopefully they can flesh out some of the game mechanics and make it more interesting, because like you said with the flashlights being automatic there really isn't much of a point to them past the clue finding section, so it feels a like a bit of a waste of the entire mechanic. I can see an alternate world where you had to figure out which of the two were chasing you using the flashlights yourself and it sounds much more interesting of an idea, so hopefully they explore that more in the second chapter. Fingers crossed that they find a way to differentiate themselves in this endless sea of mascot horror games we already have Thank you for making this video Chiaki! It was great to see the fruits of all that hard work you've been putting in finally paying off, and the end result was so well done both in editing and presentation. Cannot wait to see what you cook up next, because this was an absolute blast to watch!

I knew the show parodied was Blue's clues!!! Man, you sure manage to sell game even if they are bad, the game actually looks interesting. Especially that multiple oputcome hint system. Low key wanna play it Can't wait for the next video like this, por real this was so good!!!

Thanks for such a fun video Chiaki I definitely wasn't expecting Blue's Clues but mascot horror even with all the random things we figured out on stream lol I'm not super into mascot horror games but this one does actually have me a bit intrigued since Blue's Clues was one of my favorite shows as a kid and the premise does seem pretty neat overall tbh I definitely agree about the flashbrights being too hand holdy since it really didn't seem like there was ever as much danger as there should have been during that chase scene since you can just see them coming the whole time lol Hopefully even with the predictable twist for this first chapter they can do something actually interesting with the story too since it really does feel like they have a good idea here so it would stink for it to just end up being the same as all other mascot horror games Also I can't believe the best character Sprinkles is DEAD I'm gonna cry I miss them so much Anyways thank you for making this video essay for us Chiaki! I know that you've been wanting to do this for a while and I've seen how much hard work you've put into it so it really is amazing getting to see all that effort! I was dying laughing at your commentary and your edits really are so good and it was tons of fun seeing the things you had referenced on stream too I can't wait for more of these in the future since I know you'll make them just as much fun to watch
