Thank you so much! I knew after a few seconds of listening that I would meditate now. I slowed down my breathing by blowing softly on imaginary candles. Gratefulness was at the forefront. For you who has the talent to make us feel. For my Father for all His gifts to me, to us. For the Love that we all share as His Children. For now knowing that I must expand that Love to all my brothers and sisters, as giving is receiving. And I am grateful to all the caring hospital staff, who are watching over my adult son, my warrior, who keeps getting back up time and time again, this as he navigate life with a challenging mental health disorder. I am so proud of you son! You are loved dear one!💕❤️💕
