In the 4th NCIS episode «Sticks & Stones» in season 22, Jessica and Jimmy have a conversation about their future, and whether they should come back together as a couple.
Somewhere at the end of this talk, they both say that they love each other. Jessica asks if that isn't enouch, and Jimmy initially responds jokingly that «Someone should make a song».
