Unlocking the Power of the Sun: BoxPower's Modular Solar Revolution!
I love talking about technology that can make the world a better place, and today we are going to be talking about an interesting solar initiative, so stay tuned.
Today I have with me Angelo Campus, CEO and founder of Boxpower.io, a company that is helping to bring renewable energy to where it is most needed. They are building solar power systems that fit into standardized shipping containers that can be delivered anywhere.
They got their start by bringing power to hurricane ravaged Puerto Rico in 2017, and now they are working with utilities to power remote areas. So let's talk with Angelo about how this all works and where it is all going.
Welcome Angelo

How about a story on the biggest energy breakthrough in history. I’m talking about the October 28 2024 demonstration of The ECat NGU charging a Twizzy EV for 5 hours while driving around a race tract with another Twizzy EV without the ECAT LENR system ran out of power after 1 hour and the Twizzy EV with The ECAT had more battery capacity than when the demonstration started. The ECAT has the potential to charge batteries for up to 30,000 hours of continuous use and emits no harmful emissions or radiation. The only emissions from the ECAT is dry steam which can be used for heating

I love this so much and have shared The Alinker with several people. My hope is they become ubiquitous since so many who need it won’t be able to afford one. Even temporary setbacks often turn into permanent mobility issues by instigating increased stasis to repair and recover from injuries. People who are not even sick develop long term issues simply due to lifestyle. I’m only very slightly less mobile but the process stems from taking a desk job because I need more income. And manual stuff doesn’t pay as well or is too dangerously accident prone and even then being a manager is what gets better pay. So that just the modality of the work that pays is a huge factor in mobility.

This is really amazing technology, the ability to open the blood brain barrier and then close it again without causing damage is really game changing. The prospect of being able to treat inoperable brain tumors like glioblastomas with medics we already have and are known to work is revolutionary. The possibility of regrowing parts of the brain using stem cells that can now be delivered to the brain is amazing!

@@FUTR-tv Hydrogen is a non-starter. Too expensive to manufacture, to difficult to ship and store, too energy intense to manufacture, limited uses. There a long list of good reasons why there are only 59 H2 filling stations in the USA, all of which are heavily subsidized. Mach 2 is just another long list of organizations that try to piss upwind hoping not to get wet.😖

And the for-profit hospitals. And the insurance companies. And the pharmaceutical companies who chug billions of dollars in government-funded research then patent the results. And the abusive employment practices. And the capitalism.

What an awesome interview with one of the most interesting, empathetic, brilliant advocates I've learned of in many years! So much of what BE says is spot on. As a differently-abled person I've experienced so many of the challenges BE spoke about - we are treated differently - as less than worthwhile. BE's dedication to developing the Alinker is nothing short of amazing. I'm the proud owner of a new-to-me Alinker - only got it two days ago - and I'm so excited about rebuilding my strength and mobility. For years I've used walking poles, canes, and the dreaded rollator and continued to lose strength and mobility using them; the rollator I agreed to use is the worst offender - now not only do I walk with a stoop but have further damaged my neck by trying to look forward from a stooped position. So many years of not being able to look people in the eye and now I have a chance at a new beginning! Thank you, BE @alinker. I know it will be work rebuilding strength and gaining muscle memory but finally I have a tool that can help me feel part of 'real life' again!

Plus, the Burger King and other companies is great but maybe other companies can offer their location with dimonds or hopefully Atlas money. Lastly,I don’t care for customization because it will take up memory space but If I can customize my land and get more revenue, I will be down for that. Just a couple ideas that might be good or already have it in the plan 😅
