Would this cause no oil pressure as well? Had my chain blow at 155mph destroyed my water/oil pump replaced everything the chain broke including all the plastics now I have that same rattle in the video and no oil pressure. Any help would be appreciated

Hi I have an aftermarket radiator as well on my 06 cbr but I’m having a slightly different problem. the system creates a lot of pressure (popped 3 of the coolant hoses 3 different times) and returns the coolant to the resuviour when hot, it also boiles and bubbles in the coolant resuviour it shoots coolant and smoke out of a breather hose by the kickstand im thinking my issue could be more of a bad head gasket please anyone let me know what the think. thank you.

I found out my Suzuki gsxr 600 had milky oil and idle high then cut off there’s no oil leaks can anyone help and tell me what I should do?

All you had to do was remove the side fairing?

many possible this happen, bad radiator, bad thermostat, bad water pump and mostly bad head gasket

I have a 03 Cbr 600rr and it smokes coke from exhaust only at night but goes away after a minute and a half. might it be just vapor since I leave my bike outside and when I come back to it my seat is wet(temp is 60 degrees)

Though the ABS and traction control are questionable. TC may get all out of wack just by going down a tooth in the front.

I have the chance to buy a 2003 cbr 600rr wngine with right side rattle.. Would it be the cam tensioner

I could never own a 1,000cc machine. I'd be hitting 100mph everywhere, and would surely lose my license at some point. Even at my age I don't think I have the self-control needed for this kind of bike.

Your a much better Supermoto rider than the guy on the FS. He reminds me of myself riding one for the 1st time, coming from a MX background l didn't know if l should ride it like a dirt bike or ride it like a road bike... Look at the way that he keeps the same body position the whole time. He can ride a bike well for sure, he just seems confused about how to ride it properly. No hate for him as l did the same thing.. You made up some serious ground with your breaking.. If you were on that and he was on the DRZ, he wouldn't even see your back guard... No hate for the DRZ either, great bikes.... They just aren't a FS450

Now try it with Real Coolant. Water boils at 212F. Coolant will smell were it leaks.

Pair this up with a shorty Akrapovic or SC Project exhaust and you have the GREATEST inline 4 sound out there (apart from the Cross-plane engine)

What makes you think it's a blown head gasket? Looks like you have air in the system. Useful videos on here to show you how to burp the coolant.

Change the cylinder gasket and valve seal and check the diameter of the valve. Replace it if damage.

V4 sounds cool! But inline sounds smooth! And please someone explain me the whining sound?

Question: I’m having a similar sound but when we used to the stethoscope the noise is loudest on the clutch case closest to the back tire, and you can feel the vibration in the clutch cable, do you recall if your bike was displaying the same things mine is?

How do you know it’s at the correct tension ? Also how often have you had to adjust since you uploaded the video ?

FYI replacing the ebay radiator shown in the video and going to a new (used off ebay) OEM radiator fixed this issue for me. Before you try that or anything else make sure all air bubbles are purged from the system. Hope this helps someone.
