I honestly don’t see any benefit of owning a condo. If you only own what’s inside then you’re almost better off just renting. I think it’s just best to rent since you will have flexibility or buy a house once you have enough money and are ready to settle down.

My family moved from SweetWater to Kendall in 2005 and I had a wild time in Kendall because I was a freshman at Ferguson high school and those times Kendall was crazy with the house party’s in Lakes Of The Meadows to Ranch Party and also The insane asylum in Krome ave everyone will go there at night on the weekends lol

As an attorney, for sale by owners contact me all the time saying that they don’t need to use a real estate agent because they already found a buyer or vice versa, it is always a bad idea! Realtors do so much, negotiate the terms prepare the contract make sure all of the appropriate addenda are in place schedule the inspection, remind everyone of deadlines, And it is always a headache. I always recommend using a real estate agent.

As a Real Estate professional, let me break it down for you. Type of properties Detached Semi detached Town house Stacked townhome Apartment Type of ownership Freehold ( Canada ) - you own both the interior and exteior of the property. Condo - you own only the interior. A condo fee is charged for building insurance, snow removal, landscape maintenance and some utilities such as water and cable. I own a 1500 Sq foot stacked town home - two storeys with plenty of space and no maintenence to attend to. I love my condo!

I’m 72 born In Dania Beach where a Hospital was close to where we live off 441 and NW 190st, then in the late 1950’s we moved to 33134, section off Flagler St,;Sw 47 Ave & 2nd Terrace called Little Gables, the house I was raised in till 1970 was very Spanish Designed and built 1926. No AC. Then in 1994 I found a nice girl Married her and moved to Homestead. No Traffic, all Farms and lots of Italians, we sold in 2019 and moved Way North to High Springs. This now is old Homestead to us…Every Farm land in Homestead and Florida City is building. Unbelievable…. Enjoy your channel….Steve
